Visiogenix Solution Pvt Ltd provides:
- Web design and development
- Embedded and VLSI solutions
- Custom software and hardware integration
- IoT and SoC-related services
All services are provided based on project scope and client agreement.
3. Payment Terms
- Payments must be made as per the mutually agreed invoice terms.
- Delays beyond 15 days may attract interest or service suspension.
- All project deliverables remain the property of Visiogenix until full payment is received.
4. Intellectual Property
- All custom code, designs, circuits, and documentation created by Visiogenix are the company’s intellectual property until fully paid for.
- Clients must not resell or redistribute our work without written permission.
5. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of your business data, project details, and intellectual property and agree not to disclose it to third parties without consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Visiogenix Solution Pvt Ltd is not liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential loss
- Third-party hardware or software issues
- Data loss due to user or client mishandling
7. Project Delivery and Revisions
- Project timelines are mutually agreed and depend on client inputs.
- Revisions outside the scope will be charged additionally.
8. Warranties and Support
- We offer 30-day post-delivery support for bugs or technical issues.
- Ongoing maintenance or updates are provided under separate AMC or SLA contracts.
9. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate services with a written notice.
- Upon termination, all due payments must be cleared and materials returned.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai.
11. Changes to Terms
Visiogenix reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of major changes.
